At Ginny Garden, we specialize in breeding and cultivating rare tropical plants. Because our specimens are living organisms that experience stress during transit and environmental shifts, they cannot survive two-way shipping or abrupt relocations. To protect the health of our collection and ensure immediate export processing, all sales are strictly final upon payment. We cannot accept cancellations or returns.

The Pre-Shipment Health Guarantee Our highest priority is plant viability. If, during our final pre-packing evaluation, we determine that a plant is no longer in peak condition or will not survive transit, we will never box it. In this rare event, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund for that specific plant.
